1. all needed scripts are in /ha/bin on either hpss core01 and hpss core02
It has to be exercised in order to exactly describe the steps
2. deactivate HPSS on active core:
/ha/bin/hpss_deactivate_node.ksh
3. activate HPSS on standby core:
/ha/bin/hpss_activate_node.ksh
