Before to configure you have to install host certificates: 

 cp ~/gks-027.hostkey.pem /etc/grid-security/hostkey.pem
 cp ~/gks-027.hostcert.pem /etc/grid-security/hostcert.pem
 chmod 600 /etc/grid-security/hostcert.pem
 chmod 400 /etc/grid-security/hostkey.pem

Configuration command: 

 /opt/glite/yaim/bin/yaim -c  -s /root/siteinfo_dir/site-info.def -n creamCE -n TORQUE_server -n TORQUE_utils

Troubleshooting:

Sometimes the yaim WARNING appears: 

 WARNING: /usr/libexec/fetch-crl.sh didn't finish succesfully
 WARNING: CRLs may not be updated, please have a look !

to check what is going bed: 

 /usr/sbin/fetch-crl -v
